Restructuring the hotel companies' assets and preparing it for growth. Buying and financing an operating hotel in 2011 (200+ rooms) and building permits ready for expansion to 330 rooms. Buying a new hotel real estate property in 2012 (120+ rooms) and starting a new hotel operation. Real estate and business development. Result: growing from 180 to 500+ rooms in two years time. Executing financial, commercial and operational strategy. Implementing new focus in sales channels. Reorganizing and combining departments. Implementing new financial and sales systems. Introducing budgets and targets to meet.

Large intermediary company specialized in subprime lending, working in close relation with Lehman Brothers. Same approach as previous company with B2B and B2C activities within the company. All activities ceased due to the Credit Crunch. Result: profit 0% and a bad headache.

Starting from a small intermediary company we developed a new and succesful business model in financial services. The principal activities consisted of packaging residential mortgages for investors and corporate lenders by using a large network of 600 financial intermediaries (B2B-MKB). Also managing a direct sales channel, callcenter and marketing agency. Result: 150 fte, revenue €25 mio, profit 20%
