In this role my main focus is to apply lean business methods onto the processes and gain maximum efficiency by combining automation to people operations. The aim is to maximise the capacity of the supply chain and ensure a precise and cost-effective delivery chain from the suppliers to the customers.

I supervised and developed the operations of a logistics team responsible for fulfilling cold food products. My main task was to ensure precise and high-quality operations while also ensuring safety of the staff, maintaining the cold chain of the products and delivering the end-product of excellent quality to the customers.

In this role I was responsible for the operations of a 20+ person teams B2C operation. My daily tasks consisted of quality assurance, staffing, coaching, recruits and negoitations with the customer companies. As the company sold assistance services to insurance companies, my team acted as the face for the companies towards the clients.

I was responsible for the opeations of the team during my shift and my main tasks was to ensure first-class service to our customers. I was also responsible for coordinating assistance with our other Nordic offices and for decisions made regarding any provided assistance.

SOS International is the Nordic market leader in terms of volume and coverage and provides customers with full Nordic roadside and repatriation solutions. I worked as a shift coordinator for the Finnish 24/7 service based in Helsinki. I started at SOS as an assistance coordinator and my main task was to help insurance customers with issues covered by their insurances. The taskrequired high stress tolerance, excellent service and communications skills as well as precisio and problem solving skills.
