Leaning on my design and managing roles that covered non-standard and challenging tasks, changing conditions and goals, limited budgets and high volume of work, I had enough diverse experience during eight years.I like challenges and always worked in this atmosphere. It is essential for me. For the last three years, I’ve been working as a Designer and Project Coordinator in a logistics company, where every day I started from something new that I never done before. E.g.: developing, design, launch and advertising of the new web site; branding, design and print of promotional and gift polygraphy and managing of whole this process; re-organisation of company roles and structure; organisation of holidays and events; team building; communication with stakeholders depending on circumstances. Before logistics I worked with a large Ukrainian manufacturer and managed design, construction and production of exhibition stand and promotional booklets, presentations which are still used for selling and presenting manufactured goods. I did loads of UI/UX projects for special needs. Before I came to the UK, I lived two months in Czech Republic and headed the volunteer project which transformed an empty house into a free place for refugees. During those months the home was provided with necessary furniture, dishes, clothes, toys, kitchen accessories, bicycles, strollers etc. for normal living. I tried to make this place their home, so organised trips, birthday parties, found working places and nurseries for kids. I had a great team. Now 24 adults and 9 children are living there and I still coordinate them remotely in case of need.I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in, to do several tasks simultaneously, to learn new skills, face with challenges from day to day.
