- Manage and ensure data centers / data halls environment within customers SLA. (e.g., Data Hall Temperature and humidity, power availability, redundancy)- Supervise contractors to ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved MOPs and mission critical facility work rules.- Prepares reports such as After Action Report (AAR).- Utilize internal CMMS to manage maintenance workflows.- Assist on-going project with project team to ensure it does not impact the operations.- Review MOPs, SOPs, EOPs to ensure the most “up-to-date” techniques and safety guidelines are utilized as well as compliant with government regulations.- Monitor and report load capacities of critical infrastructure to mitigate overload conditions during equipment failover between primary and redundant systems.- Identify and reporting defects of new projects during DLP.HIGHLIGHTS - Setup and implement CMMS for data center campus and assist other region campuses. (e.g., Equipment registrations, planning preventive maintenance schedules, change management process flow, etc.)- Develop power trend reports for each customer to monitor and study power capacity.- Participate in weekly drill events to preps us if any event to occur
