Service centre, Frontline staff we are the ones Looking after customers needs from paying rates, handling all queries to applications for property files, Lim reports and more. This ever-changing organization keeps me on my toes allowing me to upskill, and go for different opportunities within council such as, Health and safety officer, and being apart of collaboration groups and sharing ideas. We are the face of council who offer exceptional customer experience.

This role was very short-lived however I enjoyed sharing my knowledge of sales with the team and learned alot more about selling on customers wants and turning them to needs. Learned alot about how to handle staff and their different personalities and how to build up a team through upskilling, understanding strengths and weaknesses and team culture.

Worked in Electrical department, loved merchandising and able to cross sell through departments in electrical, ie smalls to whitewater, keeping up with new products and merchandising/decorating displays for the department was one of my favourite parts of my role as a sales conaultant/ acting manager of smalls, second to helping customers setup their homes with quality appliances and fulfilling customers wants and needs.

Sales consultant, Learned all about cross selling. Upskilling, customers needs and wants, how to close sales and build rapport fast. I learned so much about team culture, personalities in the team and how to upsell so the customer receives the full solution. Work smarter not harder has become my moto.
