I help people identify their roadblocks and co-create solutions to achieve desired results in their personal and professional lives.

I hunted for new business and sold high-ticket branding services/packages to music artists and companies, walking them through the entire sales cycle and working with creative team to ensure effective delivery of assets.

As Industry Advisor at ICON Collective I developed strategic partnerships with influential companies, brands and artists to help us 5x enrollment, outgrow two different locations and ultimately become the world's #1 music production school. Highlights include:- producing "ICON Takeover" event with Skrillex's record label OWSLA- hosting ICON stage at Long Beach's FRDM Fest w/ 10,000+ attendees - directing "Art of Flow" video series featuring A-list artists - creating weekly guest Q&A series and bringing top industry talent to campus- producing annual Alumni Conference and booking panelists (Ableton, Native Instruments, etc.)- producing annual graduation ceremony and booking keynotes (KSHMR, Beatport, etc.)Through these relationships I was able to assist 100+ ICON members with establishing successful careers in the music industry, many of whom have become highly-paid internationally touring DJs and artists. I also created, oversaw and taught the Music Business curriculum, taught a course on creativity called "The Art of Flow", provided 1-to-1 personal/professional coaching and started a weekly "Mental Health Hour" to support students emotional wellbeing.

I managed my own roster of clients and also worked alongside powerhouse music manager, Polo Molina, who helped form and oversee the 20+ year career of The Black Eyes Peas. We partnered with dance music's biggest concert promoter, Pasquale Rotella, to create The Discovery Project which scouts new talent to play at Insomniac Events music festivals.

I assisted the SVP of Media and Creative Services in managing 5 departments including Publicity, Advertising, Video Production, Grassroots Marketing and Creative Services. Our team worked on album releases for A-list artists such as Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, David Guetta, Coldplay and many more. Besides performing general administrative duties, I covered press interviews, red carpets, photo shoots and video shoots. I also hired, trained and managed interns quarterly and helped many of them secure full-time positions at major record labels and agencies.
