As the Director of Global Support, my role is to provide exceptional technical consulting and support to our customers. With a team of Product Specialists, I work closely with clients to address their technical questions and issues. We also create customized scientific workflows, collaborate with our R&D and commercial teams, and work in an international workspace to provide the best support possible.
