Supporting the Director, Project Management in leading the agile development teams responsible for key platform services including campaign and strategy management. Working to improve the company’s effort in upgrading the trading platform. Leading efforts to effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements and delivering all artifacts. · Prioritizing the backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitating scrum ceremonies.· Evaluating Product ideas to prioritize the features and place them on the roadmap.· Performs QA testing and put together a testing plan for documenting all the test cases.· Actively involved in Pendo tagging of features on the trading platform to track user’s interactions and reporting the metrics to Pendo. Ensuring appropriate data ids are generated for accurate data reporting.· Works with an awesome team which includes a mix of Backend engineers, UI developers, UX designers to build the trading platform.

• Prioritize development backlog and writing of user stories/Acceptance Criteria• Monitor projects through the SDLC process using the Agile/SCRUM methodology• Lead efforts to effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internalcustomers to analyze functional requirements, and deliver all artefacts: Functional Requirements Document, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, GUI Interface designs (Mock-up screens).• Facilitate the Joint Application Development (JAD), and Requirements Gathering sessions with Stakeholders, SME’s and System Owners in order to capture business rules, processes and system requirements for various projects• Serves as the SME for Software Change Request Process (SCR) in order to effectively manage change requests for various applications• Creates various flow charts, Use Cases and sequence diagrams using Visio or Draw IO to provide detailed outline of the various actors of the system and how the various systems interacted• Collaborate with developers and other subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs• Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) Team in developing test plans, test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).•Leads efforts for business process re-engineering to assist in the resolution of issues and enhancements for business-driven changes -Responsible for all scrum artefacts and actively participates in all scrum ceremonies e.g. daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and sprint retrospective - Assists the product owner in managing customer priorities - Assists the team in creating, organizing and executing test plans and test cases to help the team achieve sprint quality goals - Prepares workflow diagrams, system diagrams, and wireframes to illustrate userstories and requirements, and ongoing operations
