Supporting the Director, Project Management in leading the agile development teams responsible for key platform services including campaign and strategy management. Working to improve the company’s effort in upgrading the trading platform. Leading efforts to effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze business.

• Prioritize development backlog and writing of user stories/Acceptance Criteria
• Monitor projects through the SDLC process using the Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Lead efforts to effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internalcustomers to analyze functional requirements, and deliver all artefacts: Functional Requirements Document, Business Requirements.
• Facilitate the Joint Application Development (JAD), and Requirements Gathering sessions with Stakeholders, SME’s and System Owners in order to capture business rules, processes and system requirements for various.
• Serves as the SME for Software Change Request Process (SCR) in order to effectively manage change requests for various applications
• Creates various flow charts, Use Cases and sequence diagrams using Visio or Draw IO to provide detailed outline of the various actors of the system and how the various systems interacted

• Worked with users to define concepts, clarify Functional and Non-Functional requirements in order to translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Conducted review meetings with Users, to gather and document business needs andtranslated them into technical documents
• Administered Requirement Change Request Process (RCR) and Software ChangeRequests (SCR) for effectively managing all software change requests.
• Clarified issues with developers during efforts to validate designs and functionalspecifications.
• Analyzed user needs and determined requirements to anticipate and resolve issues andfind solutions by means of automated systems
• Responsible for preparing Minutes of Meetings, Agendas and other documentation that captured decisions made and provided support to the team throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) systems.
