I am a medical biotechnology (MSc 2024) graduate from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Through my education and work experiences that have ranged across India and Sweden, I bring with me unique perspectives and invaluable core values. Method: Optimisation of Rolling circle amplification (RCA) and digestion steps of the Monoclonal Stoichiometric (MOSIC) method to achieve the desired ssDNA production. Result: ➡️ Devised an optimised working protocol for ssDNA synthesis containing both the modified nucleotides in different percentages. ➡️ Achieved 100% replacement result for modified nucleotide type 1. -
