As a librarian and archivist at Sonoma County Library, I have been working for over a year to collect, organize, and provide access to the historical and cultural materials of the region. I have a master's degree in library and information science from Syracuse University.My core competencies include research, records management, communication, and writing. I have developed and implemented policies and procedures for the acquisition, preservation, and digitization of archival collections, as well as created finding aids, guides, and exhibits to facilitate public access and education. I have also collaborated with other librarians, archivists, and community partners to promote the library's resources and services, and to support the library's mission and vision.
