Current• Assist the Delivery Teams in sourcing and proactively working on contract extensions and required approvals; coordinating with them to understand the contingent labor demand across key portfolios; tracking & managing program contingent labor ramp up closely and ensuring alignment with budget, skills and technology. Providing inputs to key stakeholders on budget vs actuals, savings, and capital vs expense mix | Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. • Resourceful in budget planning with the Onshore Team and FP&A for vendors | Anchoring BCP and Vendor Capacity Mapping to meet business demands | Collaborating with Engineering, Projects & Finance Departments to understand the technical & financial aspects of the project and ensuring identification of appropriate sources of material and services supply | Formulating & leading project plans as aligned with the business | Acting as SPOC for key vendor(s); building & managing vendor relationships with Account Executive, Delivery Lead, Finance Lead and HR Lead. Administering regular supplier meetings with the focus on overall health of vendor partnership with Verizon | Manage Timesheets for FTE and Vendors across India HC and ensure to align with POD/ACT.Key Result Areas as Specialist - Sourcing/ProcurementSpearheaded workforce management, including sourcing of resources from different suppliers under T&M (time & materials) and SOW (Statement of Work) mode and leading their onboarding and offboarding | Worked in the areas of budget development & tracking, value capture assessment, reporting, communications as well as leading various corporate-wide and operations-specific initiatives as required | Developed suppliers including contracts as per the internal systems & procedures to operate effectively | Executed RFP and negotiated with suppliers for the finalization of commercials | Worked with Contract / Legal Team for the agreement execution and to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding process.
