In my current role, as a Project Management Specialist, My day to day activities involve:• Daily Project Management for projects work in hand. • Managing telecom infrastructure customer facing project for the end-to-end implementation form initiation to closer.• Creating Project Plan for future rollouts for overall project lifecycle.• Managing Project budget as per cost estimation acknowledged during project initiation. • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.• Coordinating the projects and their inter dependencies.• Managing Corporate compliance activities as per quality standards.• Making sure that best practices are being adopted in each iteration.• Oversaw the ordering, PO approval process and installation of the network equipment.• Managing stakeholders’ communication, conducting meetings with stakeholders (including customer), Resolving conflicts (Prioritization/ re-prioritization of tasks)• Resource management of 40+ resources of multiple domains.• Weekly governance call with customer for timely deliveries.

MBNL UK: Joint venture between 3UK and T Mobile. • Acting as POC for internal and external resources which are directly or indirectly related to transmission programs delivering expansions, migrations, and integrations.• Coordination with different partners (Huawei, Nokia, BT, Virgin Media, Ericsson UK, Arqiva etc.) and customer regularly to ensure fault free delivery.• Managing filed support and coordination with Small Work Contractors (SWCs)/Vendors• Reviewing technical documentation submitted by vendors/contractors/SWCs in both the cases (pass/fail) and giving final approval.• Proficient in SAP for creating PR, PO, SO and Service invoice • Carrying regular meetings with Customer/Partners, SWCs/Vendors to maintain the processes and workflow.• Handling a team of 28 resources.• Weekly governance call with customer.• Handling resource movement.• Supported customer by providing post order management support. MTN Nigeria: • Responsible for optimization of transmission network• Responsible for publishing of 2G and 3G dashboard.• DIP Analysis.• Incomplete E1 investigation for 3G sites.• Analysis of problematic microwave link.• Went to Nigeria (Lagos) for successfully delivering end to end transport project.Airtel Africa (Sierra Leone)• Responsible for optimization of transmission network• Worked for Network Database Project to built Network database like Transport Network Drawings, A-Bis, ATER, A-interface database, Gig-Ethernet & MPBN database for Data Network data, IN nodes connectivity.• Releasing Network Drawings for Transport equipment integration in network.• Responsible for MW planning of network equipment on path loss with the help of PL4 files• Analysis of current traffic provisioned and re-route the traffic to provide more resiliency as well as to free-up capacity in existing network.
