1) Responsible for handling Operation & Maintenance activity of WFGD, monitor all site activities related to site execution. Provide technical assistance to operators, technicians for Maintenance related activity with ensure all compliance with safety standards.2) Monitoring all Site activities related to smooth operation & Maintenance of WFGD units with 100% availability of system. 3) Assess system performance or functionality at the system, subsystem, and component levels- Flue gas parameter- inlet/outlet SOX value, Gypsum quality, Ph, Water Consumption & Aux Power Consumption.4) Provide technical assistance to operator, technicians, or other professionals in areas such as Limestone handling system, Agitator, Pumps, Wet Ball Mill, Booster fan, Oxidation blower, Slurry Pumps and other related system.5) Ensure timely PM of all equipments.

2X660 MW Flue Gas De-sulphurisation (FGD) Annual maintenance work.Limestone handling system, limestone preparation & supply system,Flue gas system & sulfur absorption system etc.Flue Gas De-sulpherisation Plant area all Centrifugal, Reciprocating Pumps, Ball mill, Belt feeder, AbsorberTank, Booster Fan maintenance work.Look after daily routine PM/CM activities and running defects in FGD unit.Finding defects in various equipments and plant according to equipment availability.Have fair knowledge about Booster fan,Absorber tank,Gypsum dewatering unit,Waste water system etc. and various defects associated with it in running as well as in breakdown/shutdown period.Coordinate with operation department/FGD Desk Engineer for defects arising in running equipments.Fair knowledge about Wet ball mill, Bucket elevator, Lime crusher, Slurry transfer pumps etc.Maintenance of rubber coating pipelines, FRP lining and Flake lining for various tanks and ducts in FGD area.Taking risk assessment to completion the jobs for operational support of plant.

Preparing Piping plan, Piping Layout, Equipment layout. Review P&ID, equipment drawing and structural drawings.Erection of critical piping, HP, LP lines and small-bore piping such as drain and vent lines.Hydro testing of pipe lines and equipment’s.Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.Interpretation of all erection drawing such as P & ID, piping isometrics, layout drawing.To carryout all pre-commissioning activities which include Flushing, blowing of piping and other system.Supervised the installation of underground cooling water piping.Perform Inspection of Fit-up of joint, Non destructive tests & preparation of their respective protocol.Project co-ordination with client & customer.
