To oversee the measuring and reporting of the picking rates and accuracy of individuals and produce regular KPI’s on pick performance. Creation of database for the system for the customer including SKU strategy, expiry and Batch control settings. Location creation, pick face creation. Scheduling and conducting Aisle, Commodity, Empty location & Expiry checks, CBM auditing. Planning, scheduling and conducting Cycle Count, Perpetual Inventory, Brand Inventory, as well as the Complete Stock Count. (BDF and Clarins). Book to Book stock reconciliation and Positive/Negative Adjustment of stock after the full stock count. Produce daily KPI’s of: receipts, put away, picks, aisle checks, stock claims, PI’s, inbound and outbound orders and other activities. Problem solving. To monitor individuals performance for the inventory control team. Support various internal departments on their requirement related to stock control. Ensuring operations are conducted as per the procedures set & report on any deviation with suggestion, if any to the Manager. Performing Random Checks on Outbound Orders with Pallet Manifest and handling Internal Transfer of SKU’s as well as Creating New SKU’s, Volume updates. Consolidating of fast moving & high demand SKU’s, Reallocation of SKU’s in Exceed. Report all failures of QMS. Show less
