• Ensuring that the production batches created are within the production capabilities of the factory. And to consulting with operation manager where the additional production hours are required .And to planning the production according to the hours agreed by the concerned manager. There is any inadequate production capacity, advising the technical manger.• Assist the management of report generation and production operations.• Assisting the production manager and Supervisor to identifying any lagging orders.• Coordination and technical discussion with client and sales department.

• Reporting to the Factory Manager.• Conducting Meeting with the Merchandiser and Production Department, understanding the requirement and working on the same.• Check & Coordinate for the requirements for production and planning the production line as per the sample• Lead a team of Supervisors & operators & guide them in achieving the Production Targets.
