Reporting to Director of the company, Heading R & D – Interior and Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paints & Synthetic Texture products Division and Technical Service division.Also, partly responsible for Factory operations,• Overall development of the new products – Smooth interior & exterior finishes as well as synthetic texture finishes of various types as per the customer needs.• New Product Development & quality improvement.• Comparison of different competitor’s product for up gradation of existing products.• Raw material – Vendor development & alternate source from different vendors & their Test methods Standardization.• Technical assistance to production department – for scaling up of pilot batches at production, Customer complaint handling, Technical service to Marketing dept., Review of issues with worker’s, Transporters & Vendors, etc.• Managing & planning of day to day production activity.• Demonstration & usage of various products to marketing persons with respect to their different properties & Do’s & Don’ts, etc. • Also worked as a Techno – commercial person along with team members, covers initial supervision of surface, application procedures, advantages & usages of textures as well as exterior paints, Painters meet, Dealers meet, Architects meet, demonstrations& preparation of demo panels, etc.

Responsible for Technical Service to Architectural & Wood Coating customers in Indian Sub-Continent. Technical support to the Agents, Dealers & Customers.To assist & encourage customers in expanding their product range with Technical expertise & with the usage of BYK additives.
