    This project seeks to provide additional station improvements which offer a much-improved passenger experience by relieving crowding, improving vertical circulation and providing a more integrated concourse which offers intuitive connection with airport terminals and onward travel, enhancing the passenger experience from train to plane.- Working as a consultant on behalf of the principal contractor, Costain and as Client Representative for NR on Civils/ Architectural packages. I have been involved since project commencement in co-authoring the Entry into Service and Asset Management Plan (AMP) for Handback Strategies and subsequently managing the implementation of these during the construction phase. Technical assurance management responsibilities include:- Preparation of the schedule of deliverables, known as the Master Assurance Tracker (MAT), capturing each type of handover document for each planned activity- Planning sessions with the Project Manager and Responsible Engineers to identify and capture the main construction activities, their associated technical assurance deliverables and task/activity ‘owners’ on the MAT, to enable a successful progressive assurance approach- Planning, organising and running the Entry into Service inspections with the client and their stakeholders at the end of each key project stage- Managing and monitoring the preparation and submission of technical and quality assurance documentation- Facilitating weekly assurance meetings with the delivery team to ensure targets are met- Strategic planning, preparation and submission of the required AMP certificates to the client (Network Rail) for acceptance- Creator of the DSE Power Bi programme trackers to link into the data visualisation platform with drill through synoptic capabilities- Data visualisation planner for the project providing stakeholder with high quality/ real time accuracy of the assurance production status at GSP
