Overseeing a 60,000sqft premium facility and two business units in the heart of Dubai. Responsibilities include: • Overall responsibility and financial accountability for all aspects of the health club operations including, 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, 2 swimming pools, fully equiped gym area, physiotherapy center, 3 group studios, 2 steam rooms, 2 sauna’s, 2 plunge pools, 12 changing room facilities, health café and a 14 room - Japanese Spa. • Direct leadership of all Project, BSC and KPI drivers.• Management and growth of a highly eleite membership base. Incluisive of yeild forecasting and mix management from new business and total base viewpoint.• Driving a very high level of customer service with index scores of over 85%.• Growth of corporate business within the health and fitness segments. • Immplementation of strategic retention plans, leisure revenue management, internal / external marketing strategies, group exercise & fitness management, vendor partnerships, event management and maximising secondary revenue.• Planning and Implementation of new systems and processes such as cost containment measures, delta plans and sustainable management practices to drive bottom line NOP. • Proud host and training facility to the ATP Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships.• Part of the Jumeirah Creekside Executive Committee and operations team. • Training and Development (from ground staff through to managers)

Overseeing 21 facilities across 4 countries (UAE, Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain). Key responsibilities include:- Running and supporting a highly successful fitness arm of the business in driving revenue, with an annual revenue of approximately USD13m financial accountability (including pricing structure, and overall profitability of the region)- Increasing retention through strategic implementation of member experience programs for a large membership base- Recruitment and Selection (with experience in recruiting in over 5+ countries) - Planning world class layouts and best in class equipment to create safe and cost effective environments (sourcing to purchasing and delivery).- Contributing towards designing global signature programs that are market leaders in innovation- Training and Development (from ground staff through to managers)- Planning and Implementation of new systems and processes to maximize efficiency and product yield. - Driving world class education to create world class staff. Engaging with various stakeholders in the market to ensure our staff remain market leaders in their field.- Creating strategies in improving customer service delivery and member experience programs- Cost management I was also involved in the organizing of the Dubai Fitness Challenge working along side His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum over 2 years that conceputalised a highly successful Fitness Challenge on a global scale to the region putting Dubai on the map to compete amongst the largest fitness challenges in the world
