Operating within the leadership team, and reporting into the CEO, I was responsible for leading and developing marketing and growth (attended the 500 Startups Series A Accelerator). Key Responsibilities:► Manage and develop all online acquisition activities on an on-going basis, including; PPC, Paid Social, SEO/Content and Display, ► Developing retention and lead nurturing campaigns► Managing offline activities, including radio, OOH, leafleting and direct mail► Leading the growth experimentation across the business to measure, iterate, improve using the 500 Startups methodology (attended the 500 Startups Series A Accelerator)► Implementing tracking and reporting using in-house reporting, GA, GTM, Mixpanel and Intercom ► Using Hubspot and Unbounce for marketing automation and rapid-fire testing.► Constantly reviewing customer feedback and ensuring product market fit► Collaborate with the Sales Team to support lead prioritisation and activation► Starting and managing a high growth marketing team
