I am a native Kentuckian who now calls Nashville home. My background includes living and working in rural and urban settings and in both not-for-profit and for-profit industries. I have guided businesses, organizations, and political candidates with marketing strategy, brand development, and community relations. I was the Marketing Manager for Goodwill for 12 years until taking on a new role as Development Manager in 2020. I have a passion for helping youth and young professionals explore and navigate career paths, strengths, and motivations. In conjunction with the Center for Nonprofit Management, I helped form Nashville's Young Nonprofit Professionals in 2009. I attended Murray State University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in PR and Advertising and master's degree in Mass Communications and Not-for-profit Leadership.
