We were a small team and everyone had to have multiple roles and pitch in where it was needed. I was directly under the VP of Manufacturing where my roles and assignment was everything between factory layout, warehouse, inventory systems & setup to assembly manuals, FMEA and production calculations. These tasks often required everything from engineering and value chain to sourcing skills.

In my internship I had to construct a vertical cheese press for a smaller dairy in South America.The task was to create the full construction design including all crucial calculations with complete technical documentation including blueprints and a user’s manual of the machinery.
