• Recruitment of Freshers & experienced people from various sources i.e. Campus, Placement Agencies, Market, etc. • Managed complete Recruitment Life Cycle including identification of candidates after screening, recommendation for Online Test conducted by an independent agency and finalisation for Selection Processes with assistance from H.R Department.• Conducted R.T.P (Regional Training Program) for new joinees for inducting the new people to the field. • Attended C.T.P (Central Training Program) as Training Faculty to take classes at H.O.; also provided O.J.T (On-the-job Training) to update knowlegde of team members. • Distribution of promotional inputs to Field Staff and Area Managers.
