Role: Learning Center LeaderWith 52 Learning Centers catering to over 1600 students across 20 cities, U&I helps increase the employability of women, children and youth from lesser privileged backgrounds with courses in English, tuitions and life skills. Statistics prove that simple knowledge of English in a metro city increases a youth's employability by 400%. With around 2000 teaching volunteers, U&I is able to work with these women, children and young adults giving them a better tomorrow.

Tutor a student: Teach 3 students from a marginalized community English or a Core Subject. Your tutoring will help them understand concepts that'll lead to a better future.Be a role model: Many students come from communities where they are first generation learners. They could be the first from their community to go to college.Help them dream: Sometimes life has a way of beating out the ability to dream big as children grow up in tough circumstances.
