The position requires developing efficient care delivery systems, optimal physician and allied physician professionals staffing models, developing quality improvement initiatives focused on improved hospital patient flow, collaborative care teams, and optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes. Involved in development of operational and clinical polices and procedures for intensive care unit and hospital medicine. Elected to the Physician Advisory Board for the Excela Health Medical group and the Hospital Physician Advisory Committee for Westmoreland and Latrobe Hospital.
