IEEE @ UIUC represents the second largest IEEE student branch in the nation, with over 100 active members. As the president of IEEE @ UIUC, I oversee our technical, professional, and social initiatives. We provide hands on experience with skills such as soldering, PCB design, Arduino fundamentals, Linux/bash scripting, among many others. Through technical workshops, networking events, and exciting socials, we empower ECE students to learn new skills, and lift up the ECE community as a whole.

As a Project Lead for Engineers Without Borders, I spearhead a team of 25+ students in impactful real world engineering projects. Formerly, my team and I worked on repairing a wastewater treatment plant in Hopkins Park, IL, creating designs with over $1,000,000 dollars of components, and developing detailed AutoCAD sketches. Currently, we are transitioning into upgrading a drinking water filtration and distribution system for Secor Village, IL, which will greatly benefit around 350 people.

As a Software Engineering Intern at Engineta LLC, I developed the backend of a web-application designed to automate the process of generating submittals. I built a custom search engine that indexed the company's filesystem of PDFs, scanning the PDFs by name and analyzing the text inside. Additionally, I streamlined the process of filling out complex Excel sheets. Finally, I exported the Excel sheet to PDF form, and dynamically compiled with the user-selected files from the search engine, creating a streamlined process for generating submittals.
