Competency MappingPreparing Job Descriptions for the selected positionsPreparing the matrix for the available CompetencyTo facilitate the Competency Mapping process, conduct Competency Mapping and preparing individual developmental plan.To organize training programmes based on the developmental needs from the Competency Mapping Exercise.InductionTo plan and coordinate Induction programmes from start to finish Induction programmes.To plan Graduate Engineer Trainee's (GET) Induction annually. (around 350 GETs every year)APRAISALSTo conduct Annual appraisals across SPCL.
