CurrentAs Principal Consultant at Broadtech Engineering Pte. Ltd., I lead and manage consultancy projects in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). My speciality includes HVAC performance, heat transfer, aerodynamic and hydrodynamic drag, multiphysics behaviour, fluid-structure interaction, structural strength calculation, composite material analysis, and shock wave propagation. To achieve project objectives, I assist clients in understanding the business impact of their engineering design decisions. I understand their requirements and prepare formal project proposals and quotations. Additionally, I develop and deliver training courses on CFD and FEA, lead and manage project teams, and manage client expectations.My key contributions and achievements include developing in-house CFD models to test ventilation and wind-driven rain performance to ensure building compliance with BCA green mark standards, developing in-house FEA models to comply with RMOS standards for the Marine Industry, creating a FEA methodology for Implicit Dynamics Crash Test modelling for military vehicle applications, adhering to SAE J2422 standards, and developing FEA models to calculate static and fatigue loading, evaluate bolted connections, and comply with EN 12663 and VDI 2230 standards. I have also developed customized in-house training materials for CFD and FEA, covering various industries such as Marine and Offshore, Composite Material Analysis, and Ventilation and Wind-driven Rain models.Notable projects I have managed include FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF FASSMER 5.9M GRP LIFEBOAT, FEA analysis of a CLD mounting bracket using VDI 2230 standards, Air Flow Simulation in ventilation grower Turnhout, Dryer Design Evaluation for Disc Media Drying Process, IceRink Air flow simulation, and Design and analysis of a floating PV (Photo Voltaic) system.
