• Worked on Availability and Sell domain in Amadeus dealing related to Altea Inventory GUI, Carrrier Preferred display and Amadeus Airline preference applications. I act as a conduit between Amadeus and it's airline customers providing solutions for any issue arising in their daily operations in Availability and Sell• Worked on Altea Customer management and SSCI applications and dealt and acted as a SPOC for solving functional issues for all Amadeus customers like British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa, Qantas etc. • Continuously analyzed the gaps in Flight Management application and provide innovative solutions to overcome this• Analysis of incident records(IR's) raised in live environment, with respect to flight management and provide a suitable solution • Implement best practices learned from solved incidents, and provide KT to the SMC(service management center) teams within Amadeus • Perform parallel investigation and root cause analysis for linked incident records (When one or more incidents are linked or are dependent on each other)• Create Knowledege articles with in Amadeus Service Hub • Keep a track on the problem tracking records(PTR's) for flight management application• Provide KT on flight management application to other level 3 support team within Amadeus software labs• Organize and conduct sessions on overview of flight management application for airline clients of Amadeus
