Major Responsibilities (Application):1 Supervise creation of winning quotations, tailored to specific customer requirements complete with detailed techno-commercial information, supported by layouts, 3D isometric views of machine / important assemblies, etc.2 Act as subject matter expert for packaging machines & packaging solutions offered by Clearpack Group to its customers.3 Provide guidance & direction on both technical & commercial issues to sales team of all group offices.4 Strengthen sales efforts by showcasing reference projects done by Clearpack group, be it through videos of commissioned projects showing similar applications, case studies or by other success stories.5 Create, implement, maintain & improve technical support processes, best practices, & knowledge base.6 Conduct regular meetings with group office heads about new product development, latest technologies & case studies of recently commissioned projects.7 Regularly measure application team using KPI to determine process, knowledge, & experience gaps among individuals & create actions plans to re mediate any deviations.Major Responsibilities (Projects):8 Manage projects for head office in Singapore + 10 group offices of Clearpack in South East Asia, India, China & Middle East 9 Train project management team to ensure that project transitions are smooth right from getting an order till project hand over. 10 Guide the project management team on ways to deliver projects on time, in budget & meeting customer’s all requirements including quality. 11 Coach the team to develop strong project plans and Gnatt charts in MS Projects 2013, Project Libre, Excel, etc. Also train the team to ensure order specifications are thoroughly reviewed, including contractual requirements, scope of supply & other critical details.12 Coordinate activities across different organizational functions (sales, application engineering, purchasing, logistics and operations).
