Projects Undertaken:- SRF-OSS Operations:Integration/Migration of Radio/Core/IN/VAS Network Nodes with OSS.End to end troubleshooting for the issues related to OSS platform, Fault Management, User Management, Software/Hardware Management, STS Management and OSS applications i.e C.N.A, C.H.A, ARNE, R.N.O, S.M.O, B.S.M & element manager.Trouble shooting and corrective maintenance for the complex faults.Ericsson OSS RC administration of 13.2 & 14.2.Regular disk space monitoring, working on alerts, log file monitoring.Package and Patch Management.Handling troubleshooting and Fault rectification with accuracy for minimum down time.Migration to 2G & 3G nodes on Blade OSS.Blade configuration in OSS and its troubleshooting.Participates in and may lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades.Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.; OSS Network Explorer(ONE), Common Explorer, Winfoil XI, CHA,Putty, SMOBharti 2G Operations :- Roles & Responsibilities as BSS – FS EngineerWorked as First level network surveillance & fault restoration engineer for Bharti 2G project, which was based upon GSM technology.Handling Trouble ticketing system by using Netcool & BMC Remedy Tool.Technical/Management bridge Handling (Conference call) in case of Major/Critical issues.
