Team Collaboration:• Collaborate with various racing teams and their technical staff to align car setups, strategies, and driver feedback for optimum performance.• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure that both driver and teams are working cohesively to achieve shared goals.4. Championship Management:• Develop strategic plans and race calendars to target specific championships and events where driver and teams will compete.• Monitor championship regulations, ensuring that teams and drivers are fully compliant with rules and guidelines.
