Currently manage sales and marketing, business development and channel management activities for all branded products of JSW for the south Karnataka region. Currently handling a turnover of Rs 72 crores per month. In addition to achieving overall sales as per the ABP I'm also responsible for doing in detail micro-market analysis, conducting various influencers meets, planning and executing ATL and BTL activities and driving various pilot projects to increase the market penetration.

Responsible for both B to B and retail sales of flat products for the state of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Handling a business of Rs 90 crores per month. The key focus areas were establishing market presence for the sale of GP coils in the pipe and tube segment, sales of color coated coils to profilers, development and sales of special grade cold rolled steel to textile machinery manufacturers.

Responsible for sales and marketing and Chanel management of JSW Neosteel and JSW Colouron plus in retail for the North Karnataka region. Was also responsible for sales of HR and CR coils and sheets in the same region.

My first assignment was commissioning and testing of the annealing furnace in a state of the art Continuous annealing line, working in co-ordination with a technical team for JFE, Japan. On completion of the project was responsible for the entire shift operations of the continuous annealing line, ensuring production targets are met and the line is run on healthy conditions and material is produced as per TDC.
