Responsibilities● Managing end to end delivery of Marketing Cloud Commercial and Retail solution● Project Plan creation and review with the customer - Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control mechanism to ensure Project is executed within agreed Budget, Scope and Time without negotiating on quality● Reporting RAID - Raising Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies, providing resolution recommendations, tracking timelines and following up with Risk owners. Handling Weekly status Report calls with customer stakeholder reporting the accurate status● Revenue Projection and providing accurate numbers to management week on week
