Working as Accounts Incharge of Al Hilal Healthcare,Hidd Branch.My duties and responsibilities in this position are- To prepare and tally with the cash and card collections.- To prepare daily business summary report and report to head.- Prepare Management Information System.- Prepare price comparison sheets for the certain outsourcing services.- Prepare payroll - Budgeting,etc

• Review all Invoices for appropriate Documentation and approval prior to payment.• Training new accounting recruits with the company policies and accounting work • Governing accounting functions; generating and managing timely accounting reports • Ensuring reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts • Monitoring general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records • Generating management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes • Guiding the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports• Conducting various analysis and financial reports for the management. Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes• Ensuring compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization's goals• Checking and reviewing accounts and take corrective measures• Creating and monitoring an effective internal audit system • Ensuring timely completion of audit • Managing absenteeism, performance, payroll and other related issues • Maintaining, updating and monitoring inventory records• Will fie monthly GST returns, TDS returns & TCS returns• Delivered audit testing while assessing audit evidence obtained from the audit process so as to comply with the Palamottil Associates and Palamottil Agencies audit methodology
