Aasaancredits is a digital lending platform providing unsecured business and personal loans. We are committed to reducing the gap between money needs and disbursal time by using the 'tech' in every step of the loan cycle. I am heading the complete business and operations of the company. The role includes business development, new financial product development, data-driven credit policy evaluation, seamless technology implementation, managing financial operations, credit bureau management, RBI compliance & reporting, and collections, etc. Designed and implemented the complete all-in-one technology platform for lending operations, lead origination and prequalification, lead management, credit assessment, disbursement process, collections, credit bureau reporting and DSA management.

Worked closely with the CEO, COO, and CTO of the company to initiate new partnerships and product development across the world to build the largest ecosystem in blockchain technology. The company raised USD 20 million from our initial coin offering (ICO). I was responsible to tap new opportunities in the APAC (Asia Pacific) & Middle East region to develop the product for migrants for money remittance, online wallet payments, and online utility services.

Worked as growth manager for the product 'Paytm wallet' and 'Payment Gateway' to acquire potential high transacting e-commerce and offline large format retail merchants.The KRA includes:1. Acquiring bigger and high transacting merchants. Headed shopping category for Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.2. Initiating and allocating cashback budgets to brands based on their traffic size, user demographics, ATV, etc.3. Designing and implementation of cashback campaigns, managing them, and analyzing them to increase campaign effectiveness.
