Working as a Functional Consultant in the Procure to Pay track.Key responsibilities:Analyse the As-Is process and elicit requirements from the client and map them to develop the To-Be processes.Fit Gap Analysis to identify gaps and design custom processes to address the gaps.Preparation of the Functional Specification documents to handle custom processes developed for the To- Be flow.Designing,implementing & deploying the custom RICE solutions in procurement(inbound& outbound interfaces linked with the legacy systems POs, Shipment Notices & Receipt transactions ),supplier processes(Shipment notice Upload,Label Generation) and inventory management.Configuring the Supply Chain modules( Purchasing,isupplier and Inventory) as per the functional design.Co-ordinate with the technical and cross functional teams for timely delivery of the proposed solutionsPreparing test scripts during UAT and providing training to the client users.Awarded Insta Award for meritorious contributions to P2P track in Q3,2018 & Q1,2019Worked on RFP responses as a subject matter expert in the procure to pay track
