Like bumper, fender cowl top etc. it is the ISO 9001 & IATF Certified Company.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:1. Conducting daily Shift Start up Meeting & Shift End Meeting and update document on board.2. Follow the plan and achieve the target as per talk time.3. Maintaining production quality documents (Start up, Set up approval & TPM check sheet, Production report, First off, In process inspection, Process Monitoring sheet)4. Prepare the production report of per day production.5. Checkout the Quality and quantity of product after moulding.6. Achieve OEE as per defined plant targets.7. Manpower control & Discipline in the shift8. Implementation and maintaining 5’s & Kaizen system in the shop floor.9. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).10. 4M Control, SMP, PPMS, MIS.
