Passionate about helping people and institutions in reaching their potential, my work over the last 21 years has revolved around rural livelihoods, teachers' education, training, employability development and institutional development. Some of the organisations that I have been associated with include SPIC MACAY, Sir Ratan Tata Trust, Action for Social Advancement, The Livelihood School-Basix, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, NUEPA, Sambodhi Research and Communications, Pradan, Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiative, Himmotthan, EY, among others.Geographically, my work has been located in the poorer and marginalised regions of India including Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Assam, Meghalaya and Mizoram.My basic degree and training was in commerce and accounts and completed my post graduation from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal in 2000. I have authored and co-authored several reports, case studies and teaching cases.
