Job Description:• Conducted an average of 150 cold calls daily to onboard new mutual fund distributors (MFDs) and assist with registration.• Guided interested MFDs through the documentation process, including collection of Aadhaar, PAN, ARN card, cancelled cheque, and other required documents.• Provided personalized support based on MFD experience level:o For experienced MFDs: Delivered support in IT, operations, customer support, portfolio creation, and management services (e.g., fund switching and asset allocation).o For new MFDs: Assisted with NISM exam registration and preparation, ARN card registration, and onboarding.• Conducted Zoom meetings for mobile application training and provided ongoing assistance with platform and process-related queries.• Advised MFDs on mutual fund scheme recommendations tailored to diverse investor profiles to help grow their AUM consistently.• Focused on strategies to maintain low redemption rates and foster sustainable AUM growth.• Regularly achieved empanelment targets with an average of 8-9 new MFDs onboarded per month, against a target of 25.• Successfully met SIP and lump-sum targets at rates between 30% and 60%, contributing to monthly targets of 80 lakhs for SIP and 1 crore for lump-sum investments.

Intern - Reimbursement Department• Completed a two-month internship in the Reimbursement Department, gaining insights into corporate reimbursement processes and challenges.• First month: Observed department operations and familiarized with company processes.• Second month: Analyzed reimbursement bills for field employees, including ZSMs, RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Managers, to identify cost and tracking discrepancies.• Identified a tracking issue rather than a reimbursement issue: determined that the high reimbursement costs were due to a lack of precise location tracking.• Found that the company could only track employee locations at distributor sites, making it difficult to verify field activities.• Provided recommendations to improve tracking accuracy, helping the company better understand field activities and manage reimbursement costs effectively.
