• Plan and Conduct various valve test in in-space and launch simulated environmental conditions for Blue Origin Rocket Engines.• Ensure assembly and test requirements are completed timely and within budget as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of integrated product teams, engineers, A&P mechanics, instrumentation technicians, quality inspectors, etc.• Performed live engine monitoring, logging and maintenance inspections. Supervised installation, removal and repairs of engine hardware during ground testing of commercial and F135 CTOL and STOVL variant military jet engines.• Provided engineering support across numerous Pratt & Whitney Next-Generation Product Family (NGPF) commercial engine programs through various stages of development: — PW1100G-JM (Airbus A320neo) – Assembly, Ground Test, Flight Test (Toulouse, France) & Teardown — PW1200G (Mitsubishi Space Jet M90) – Ground Test & Flight Test (Moses Lake, Washington) — PW1400G (Irkut MC-21) – Assembly, Ground Test, & Teardown• Plan and direct engine maintenance activity for a fleet of compliance test engines; interpret technical drawings; participate in test briefings; monitor engine health and safety parameters during ground testing; maintain engine run logs; perform general visual and borescope inspections; document issues; generate daily reports• Interpret source data and author various inspection tasks for the F35 military program.• Optimized over 100 engine high pressure turbines removed and replaced from customer engines within a month.

• Designed, using SolidWorks, manufactured and tested aircraft tools and fixtures for Boeing aircrafts ranging from 707 – 777 and MD 9 – MD 11, Airbus A300 and Beechcraft aircrafts for shop mechanics by operating grinder, knee mill, ban saw, and CNC lathe.• Assisting in devising repair procedures of aircraft components beyond standard rework limits.• Reverse Engineered parts such as landing gears for Boeing Aircrafts 707 – 777 and MD 9 – MD 11, Airbus A300 and Beechcraft aircrafts.• Developed efficient work schedules to ensure a constant presence of interns in office.
