I am a result driven professional with impressive experience in Operation Management, Product Development, OEE Improvement and Quality Controls. During my 3 plus years of tenure with reputed companies, I have got well acquainted in ascertaining and scrutinizing requirements, forecasting goals, streamlining operations and envisioning new production techniques.My functional forte also comprises of working on production needs and quality issues, with a focus on establishing strategic vendor/supplier relationships to develop performance-based, low-cost solutions. I have been acknowledged for my acumen in addressing operational issues, resolving performance bottlenecks & achieving desired objectives. Working in challenging and deadline-oriented environments, I got conversant in the entire production vertical entailing procurement plans and handling delegation schedules for timely completion of the production process. Throughout my vast career, I have been involved in steering operations in an environment with pre-negotiated Service Level Agreements and establishing continuous improvement of those agreements.
