My main job was to educate and train the existing warehouse staff regarding SOP's, stacking of boxes, space arrangement, picking and packing, FIFO and FEFO methods. Another important task was to streamline the order planning and dispatch planning process. I played active role in getting ISO 9001:2015 certification and prepared the required SOP's. I also set up minimum inventory level that should remain in warehouse. I also handled purchases as and when required. Solving the queries of customers, and understanding the needs of customers was also an important task. I also made service agreements with courier service providers and transporters which provided quality and cost effective service. I defined the KRA's and KPI for the warehouse staff and delegated the responsibilities.

Searched and Set-up the new warehouse as per business needs. Infrastructure needed for new warehouse procured. Identified and helped in implementing new billing and inventory software. Prepared the process flow for warehouse operations which included B2B and B2C. Set up KRA and KPI for the warehouse staff. Took care of recruitment, onboarding and training of new warehouse staff. Logistics and courier partners set up as per business needs. Suggested minimum inventory level to be maintiained for all warehouses. Procured medicines from Local Distributors as needed by dcotors.

My job responsibilities included: I was Warehouse in-charge and responsible for invoicing, dispatches. I took care of import and export, coordination with US and APAC, freight negotiations, Managing Deliveries, Dispatch co-ordination, and Customer support, sending MIS data to business team, Place STOs, doing GRN, etc. I prepared MRP labels for imported consignments

I was the Branch Manager.
