Selected Cooling fans for Air forced cooling of IGBT Module. - Control Circuit:- Designed Hall Effect current sensor based current sensing circuit which can measure inductor current of 100A and 200A.- Designed Toroidal current transformer based current sensing circuit which can measure grid current of 5A.- Designed Hardware current trip circuit for Short circuit protection.- Designed Potential divider based voltage sensing circuits to measure grid voltage of 415VL-L and DC link capacitor voltage 0f 1000Vdc.- Designed Op-Amp based amplifiers, buffer circuits and anti-aliasing filter to give Analog inputs to ADC pins of DSP based controller using LTspice.- Designed NTC based Temperature sensing circuit using LTspice.- Control Software:- Developed a MATLAB simulation file for 3 level Grid Connected Inverter and Phase Shifted Full Bring Converter control.- Implemented abc to dq0 transformation, Phase Locked Loop, Sine PWM generation algorithm for Grid connected inverter, Phase Shifted PWM for Full Bridge Isolated DC-DC converter on MATLAB.- Assisted in Digital implementation of above mentioned concepts on TMS320F28377S DSP controller.
