Responsible for HVAC/BMS, Utility and Water System Maintenance and Monitoring.● Assisting in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of HVAC/Electrical/Utility.● Carry out Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to help reduce down time to a minimum.● Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown● Involvement in HVAC qualification, area qualification, SOP modification, change control, deviation,investigation findings etc.● Imparting SAP activity, Preparation and release of material reservation, Preventive Maintenanceactivity, service/breakdown requisitions.● Material procurement through SAP and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown andreducing breakdown time.● Spare material management related to engineering department.● Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipment’s deliverable to ensure compliance withGMP standards and specifications.● Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options foreliminating such problems.● Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance in a clean room (sterile) environment.● Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback andsuggestions from them.

Responsible for Screw compressors project, installation, commissioning of compressors.● Handling, periodical/preventive maintenance and overhauling of screw compressor as per scheduled. ● Electrical control panel of compressor, fault finding and repairing.
