He is involved into end to end Business Development activities to close new opportunities by providing a solution which works best with the client.Apart from business development activities he is also responsible for Lead generation through marketing campaigns(Webinars, Workshops, Email) and Extensive market research to identify customer challenges, operations, scale and areas of opportunities.Creating highly customized solutions to position TechnoEdge Learning Content Development / Off the Shelf (elearning), VLabs, Learning Delivery and Managed Training Services propositions to Higher Education and Information Technology Industry.Nikhil leads the entire sales team at TechnoEdge right from presales to mapping technology for customer offerings and showcasing value add resulting into "Customer Acquisition".
