As a Regional Manager, I am responsible for growing our Technology Solutions and Services business in the West (primary) and North (secondary) territoriesResponsibilities and Accountabilities• Build long-term relationships with C – Level Personnel in the target segment to ensure our clients are kept informed of the any new developments within the products which in turn will assist in the development and growth of the business• Identification of market opportunities • Define Service Level Agreements, which includes the scope, financial arrangements,Negotiate terms and conditions of engagement contracts.• Ensure that the services delivered to customers are in accordance with the agreed Services Level Agreements and within the agreed scope/project plan.• Responsible for the profit and loss of ongoing delivery of engagements.
