As a member of the Analytics Lab group, my role involved externalizing a Python module by developing a backend API. I focused on creating REST APIs that were highly accessible and utilized asynchronous requests through celery. I also contributed to the architecture, code refactoring, and externalization process to enable hosting on PyPI. Throughout the project, I interacted with various services such as Kubernetes, Cloudwatch, S3, and Lambda. Upgraded and resolved python dependencies using poetry while working on a protracted internship at the Analytics Lab. Additionally, improvements were made to Voila to enhance access to Jupyter Notebooks. To help Product Managers better track usage stats for the Analytics Lab, I also created new notebooks for them. I also contributed to the management of Cloud Bees features and user feature flagging.
