1)Analysis of Bill of Material (BOM)- Define raw material availability- day wise/week wise/monthly plan fixation.2)Development of new vendors.Monthly Rolling Plan and schedule analysis and material/Production Plan.3)Purchase order planning and forecasting (Order Working-Releasing monthly delivery schedules to suppliers N and tentative schedule for N+1,N+2 Months a/c to lead time and transit time).4)Preparation raw material PO and communicate with suppliers & take follow up of upcoming consignments by communicating with freight forwarder for ensuring timely receipt of material.Developing long term relationship with suppliers and managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of delivery and quality.Reconciliation of supplier statements, analysis of variations.5)Generating and maintaining daily, monthly and yearly purchasing data.To maintain and update daily data in ERP (Microsoft Navision) system.6)ABC analysis for inventory control- LT/aging inventories and PO management.7)Maintaining smooth flow of materials through regular shipments and co-ordination with stores.WIP control Match of system and physical stockPreparation of Process Sheets/Control Plans.Shipment follow-up, logistic co-ordination, BOE, on time GRN.8)Prepare High Sea sales agreement.Try to Clear Import shipment under Indian government scheme (like FTA Benefits etc.) Preparation of Value chain for different product & material.9)Preparation of BIS, BEE, WPC, SIMS license documentations & timely submitted to testing labs.10)Circulate Weekly/Monthly MIS to top management.11)Working on Engineering Change Note/Change Proposal/Change Order.12)Handling vendor queries regarding payment (ensure for timely payment for received material)Ordering of parts based on MOQ, SPQ & EOQ to overseas & local suppliers .13)Co-ordinate for non-moving/ slow moving stocks.14)Maintain Inventory based on FIFO system.Classification of vendors on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.15)Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.16)Developing reports on various programs run for vendor development for top management.Prepare Import Documentation as per Indian Custom Department requirement from Supplier .17)LC (Letter of Credit ) Handling & process .18) Part Costing and Import landed price working.
