Manage P/L responsibility for the Bangalore Branch. Managed to address revenue slide and deliver growth by renewed focus on creative quality, Data Analytics, Operational Efficiency and New Business acquisition. Businesses won - PAYBACK, Fidelity, SAP GD, Wipro Technologies, Enamor, ING Life Insurance and Schneider Electric.

Responsible for launching and subsequently managing the loyalty programme for the group. Currently operational in UAE & Bahrain across a network of 120 stores, the programme ranges across fashion, jewellery, beauty, home and department stores managed by the Group. Worked towards extending the programme across Automotive and F&B retail categories as well. Initiated work on building the programme as a independent profit centre with its own P/L. Played a key role in identifying the POS retail system that would subsequently integrate with the loyalty application. Managed marketing campaigns for the loyalty programme, while consistently monitoring campaign RoI's.

Conceptualising & Handling Direct Marketing activities for the company. Played a key role in the launch of the first store for the company.

Responsible for conceptualising and launching the madura garments loyalty program. Key achievement: DMA Echo Leader Award in 2005.Handling the operations of the Wipro Technologies business. Key achievement: Winning the ISTMA award for the integrated lead generation system.

Handling recruitment initiatives, including road shows, internal communication and advertising for SAP Labs India, managing the regional education business for NIIT Ltd.
