-Managing the offer generation process and onboarding formalities for the Customer care business of American Express that focuses on voice and non-voice volume hiring. -Responsible for offer creation and acceptance via the Applicant Tracking system Oracle Taleo and sending offer letters via DocuSign software-Successfully onboarded more than 500+ hires in 6 months.
